From tentatively developing her craft during the early days of lockdown to plucking up the courage to go freelance in October 2020, Lauren has built a career that has seen her capturing content at a number of prestigious events and award ceremonies, crafting online campaigns for bestselling books and chart-topping podcasts, and working with some of the UK’s most loved broadcasters across daytime TV & radio.
Whether in London or at her kitchen table in rural East Sussex, Lauren always brings kindness, empathy, flexibility and creativity to her work, making social media easy & stress-free for people who often don’t have the headspace or time to dedicate to it.
When she’s not filming, editing or writing, you’ll find Lauren in her cottage garden, a cup of earl grey tea by her side.
